This program will provide an update from seasoned practitioners in the area of Workers Compensation. Expert speakers will address the new statutory scheme, best tips for practice from plaintiff and defense perspectives, and help participants understand the new requirements regarding mediation and trial.
Topics will cover the beginning of a claim, the petition for benefit determination, hearings, trials, evaluations, and settlements. Discussion will also include both the mediation and discovery process.
